This Privacy Policy explains how Fin Vo Money LLC ("FinVo," "we," "us") handles information when you use the FinVo app. FinVo is built around a simple idea: your details stay yours. We are not a lender and we do not make credit decisions.
What we collect
- Identifiers and contact data: name and email address.
- Request data: loan amount, state of residence, income.
- Technical data: device type and usage patterns.
A lender may request sensitive financial details on its own application. FinVo does not collect these through the app.
How we use it
Your information routes your request to lenders, supports communication about your request, keeps the service secure, and meets legal requirements.
Where it goes
To route a request, we send the details relevant to a lender's review to lenders in the network and to providers that help operate the app. We do not sell your personal information; we are not a data broker.
Your controls
Advertising choices stay with you. Send the words "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" to help@finvomoney.org, or enable the Global Privacy Control setting (GPC) on the device you use. We treat both as a stop on cross-context advertising sale and sharing. State residents may have additional rights; contact us to exercise them.
Retention and security
We keep information as long as needed to operate and comply with the law, then delete or de-identify it. Reasonable safeguards protect it; no method is fully immune.
Minors
FinVo is not for users under 18.
Changes
Updates are reflected in the "Last updated" date.
